Services Overview
US Edge Grinding provides knife sharpening, exchange, rental, and sales services to both commercial and residential clients. Subscription-based services include routine delivery and pickup of sharpened knives as part of an ongoing exchange program.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Subscription cancellations made after a billing cycle begins will apply to the next cycle. No refunds are issued for cycles already in progress.

Returns of Rental Items
All rented knives or equipment must be returned in the same shipping box or container they were originally provided in.
Products must be clean, undamaged, and functional upon return.
Missing, damaged, or excessively worn items will incur a replacement or repair fee, charged to the card on file.
Returns must be shipped promptly after receiving your replacement knives to avoid additional charges.
Refunds
Eligible refunds (for cancellations or product purchases) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not issued for rental or subscription periods already used, but future deliveries can be canceled.
Shipping fees and service charges are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Try-Before-You-Buy & Pre-Orders
“Try-before-you-buy” products must be returned within the agreed trial period if you decide not to purchase.
Failure to return items on time will result in a full purchase charge.
Pre-orders can be canceled before shipment; once shipped, standard return rules apply.
Additional Notes
A cleaning or sharpening fee may be applied if knives are returned in unsafe or unsanitary condition.
Customers are responsible for costs related to failure to return knives or delays in shipment.
We recommend keeping the original packaging to simplify future exchanges or returns.
Limitation of Liability
US Edge Grinding and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the most recent subscription cycle.
“As Is” Disclaimer
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
